Refunds & Exchange

  1. We operate a non-refundable and non-refundable policy.
  2. If the goods you have received are different from what you ordered on our website or are faulty or damaged, we will replace the item or issue you with store credit of equal value
  3. All exchanges should be sent by courier to SINDHI GARBS HQ, Plot No.25, Qadir Avenue Housing Scheme, Block-II, Near Hala Naka, Hyderabad.
  4. Items returned to us must be in resale condition.
  5. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  10. Items purchased at a discount or sale are not eligible for exchange. Refunds are non-refundable – the customer will only be issued a valid coupon of equal value for the online store, which can be used immediately or in the future.

International Orders

We will not offer Returns and Exchanges on any of our international orders.In the event that the customer receives faulty or damaged products, a replacement product will be sent back after due diligence. If the ordered item/size is no longer in stock, the customer will be given the full in-store charge or a full refund.The discrepancy must be reported by the customer within 07 days of internet access has the order been sent to him. Cancellation Of Orders

You can cancel products or orders that have not yet entered the shipping container. Conversely, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with follow-up information. In that case, our Exchange policy applies. Sindhi Garbs reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including out of stock, refusal of payment by your authorised payment service provider, or incorrect pricing.
