Our return/exchange and refund policy:

Domestic shipping:

  1. We place orders within Pakistan through reputed courier companies like TCS & Trax.
  2. We will deliver your order to the address provided when ordering on our website within 2-3 working days of ordering.

International Logistics:

  1. We ship orders outside Pakistan through reputed shipping companies UPS and DHL.
  2. We will deliver your order to the address provided when ordering on our website within 3 days of ordering, but this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
  3. You may be required to pay customs duties, or other taxes upon receipt of packages shipped from Pakistan.

When we are unable to process your order

We reserve the right to refuse to process orders placed on our website. This is usually due to the following factors.
